Fortman Insurance donated a record breaking $1475 to the Putnam County United Way from their 10th Annual Cornhole Tournament, held May 11, 2017 at Dale's Concrete in Ottawa. Fortman Insurance is committed to helping serve the needs of our neighbors throughout the county. Fortman Insurance has been a Pacesetter for the United Way for 14 yrs, proudly adding 100% employee participation in monthly donations. ALL of the winnings from the tournament are donated to the United Way. The pictures featured below are the 2017 teams that took 1st and 2nd Place. Scott Wagner Plumbing & Heating took 3rd place.

$1,475 given to Putnam County United Way
Zachary Fortman – received the 2015 Chairman’s Choice Award, from the United Way. This award was given to the Putnam County business that showed the most enthusiasm for the United Way and had 100% participation from their employees on donations. We look forward to enjoying all those who come out to contribute and have a wonderful time supporting this worthy organization.
Fortman Insurance Services also donated $800 to the Putnam County Community Thrift Store, through their annual Watkins Fundraiser.
